APC suspends Nasarawa Commissioner | The Nation Nigeria

The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Nasarawa Eggon native authorities space of Nasarawa has suspended Commissioner for Lands and Survey Dr Salihu Alizaga.
Alizaga, who hails from the Local Government Area, was suspended for alleged insubordination to leaders in his ward and native authorities.
APC chairman within the native authorities, Mr. Malle Moses, who introduced suspension of the Commissioner in his workplace in Nasarawa Eggon, constituted a seven-man committee to analyze allegations in opposition to Alizaga by the social gathering in his ward.
The Commissioner was accused of convening a factional assembly within the council to debate the forthcoming social gathering congresses and zoning of the native authorities chairmanship seat within the October sixth council elections within the State with out the alleged information of the social gathering management in his ward and LG.
He stated the suspension of the Commissioner was to pave approach for thorough investigation.
“As you may see, we’ve obtained formal grievance/ petition in opposition to Hon Dr Salihu Alizaga from the APC management of Nassarawa Eggon/ Alizaga ward, that’s his ward.
“We have determined to represent a seven man committee to analyze the allegation levelled in opposition to the commissioner by the social gathering management of his ward.
“It is in view of this that we the leadership of the party at the local government level decided to suspend the commissioner pending the outcome of the investigation on his alleged insubordination,” he stated.
Secretary APC, Nassarawa Eggon native authorities, Umar Dahiru, whereas studying the formal grievance/ petition alleged the Commissioner has been interfering in affairs of the social gathering in his ward.
