Stelling, 68, has labored with Kamara for lots of these years – with the pair changing into a lot beloved for their “unbelievable” exchanges.

Ahead of Stelling’s ultimate show tomorrow, Kammy wrote: “This Sunday sees the last day at Sky for one of the best broadcaster I’ve ever met @JeffStelling.

“I get my tribute in early as a result of Jeff has been a large a part of my life and I like him to bits.

“One of the things I do miss is working with the maestro.”

After seeing Kamara’s heartfelt message, Stelling replied: “We did okay Kammy didn’t we for two scruffy children from both aspect of the River Tees.

“All those feelings are mutual btw. Thanks Pal. Take care !”

Stelling revealed in an emotional on-air speech last month that he can be stepping down from his dream job on the finish of the season.

He stated: “I’ve been at Sky for greater than 30 years and liked each second of my time as a part of the Soccer Saturday crew.

“It is now the fitting time to transfer on and provides Sky Sports viewers a break from my relentless rants, dangerous gags and over-the-top celebrations of Hartlepool United targets.

“It’s been a lot of fun – for me at least!”

Kamara, in the meantime, left Sky 12 months in the past after revealing his battle with speech apraxia.

Sky bosses are but to affirm Stelling’s alternative.
