At round 2.30pm right now (Thursday 22 July) police acquired reports {that a} teenage boy had gone lacking whereas swimming in the River Dee close to Lower Park Road.

Police, hearth and ambulance are at the moment on the scene and searches are ongoing.

The riverbank and Queens Park suspension bridge have been closed and members of the general public are suggested to keep away from the realm whereas the search continues.
