Mom holds on to car for dear life to rescue kids from hijacker
Cape Town – A 36-year-old mother continues to be in shock after her automobile was hijacked alongside along with her three babies in Gatesville .
An unknown suspect pulled the lady out of her Opel Zafira within the parking zone of Gatesville Centre on Tuesday afternoon and drove away along with her kids aged 4, 5 and 9.
Fortunately, the frightened kids have been dropped off alongside Pook Road a short time later, the place the mother discovered them.
In a video filmed by an eyewitness, the distraught mom is seen holding on to the transferring automobile for dear life, screaming as she tries to rescue her kids.

Police spokesperson Colonel Andre Traut says Athlone Police are investigating a hijacking case: “The incident you are referring to is under investigation.
“The vehicle was recovered in Hanover Park. No arrests have been made and no injuries were sustained.”
