Test Drive: 2021 Toyota Rav4 TRD Offroad likes to get a little dirty


Toyota is trying to conquer the United States with the Rav4. All the roads in it.

The compact SUV is already a best-selling vehicle, not a pickup truck, and the hybrid model is the most popular hybrid vehicle in the country. The Rav4 Prime plug-in hybrid is one of the best-selling cars in the United States and is becoming a top seller in that segment. But while that clean machine is working, Toyota is also playing dirty to find new customers.

The 2021 Rav4 TRD Offroad is a more rugged version of the model and is suitable for great outdoor activities. It’s not a serious four-wheeled vehicle like the 4Runner SUV, but sometimes it got stronger to get off the slopes.

All-wheel drive trim has a minimum ground clearance of 0.5 inches, some underbody protection, 18-inch wheels with thick all-terrain tires for deep snow, and readjusted twists with red springs. Add a durable suspension. Middle school drop-offline people know that you are a cool parent.
